Returns

FLOATS: We accept returns of un-used and un-opened floats  in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of opened and/or used items. Due to the nature of SANDBUTT floats, SANDBUTT does not provide return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs. All SANDBUTT inflatable products undergo a 24 hour air test and 3rd party QC inspection prior to shipping to customers. If you believe your SANDBUTT inflatable product has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, please fill-out SANDBUTT's manufacturer defect form to request a replacement product.
