Does this speaker say anything like, “connecting to Bluetooth® device” when connecting and is it loud?
No, only soft tones in different sounds and voice prompts to guide you through pairing and let you know the action is completed. It is not loud.
Do I have to pair my device every time I want to use it?
No, it will remember your device.
What is the range of the speaker?
Mobile range is up to 10 meters (30 feet). Range performance can be affected by walls and construction materials, or by interference from Wi-Fi or other wireless devices.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, it comes with a one-year limited warranty.
Can you pair two speakers at the same time?
Yes, up to two SunTunes™ can be paired with one single Bluetooth® device.
I have not seen the red LED light come on while charging, but it does seem to be charging. Should I be concerned ?
Depending on the color of your device, the red light may be faint as it is embedded deep under the silicon to ensure water resistant properties. Try charging it in a darker location to see if this corrects the issue.
How long does it hold a charge?
The rechargeable battery will last on a single charge for up to 14 hours. Actual battery life will vary with use, settings and environmental conditions. Charging time is approximately 4 hours.
Can you make and receive calls from this speaker?
Yes
How do I control the speaker?
Power on & volume controls are located on the speaker itself. Otherwise use your smartphone or the paired device to select playlist, streaming audio source, etc.
Voice prompts guide you through pairing and connection process.
Will phone calls play through speaker?
A phone call interrupts audio source and plays through the phone only, unless you tap speakerphone on your mobile device, then the call plays through the SunTunes™ speaker. When call ends, music automatically resumes through speaker.
